I have to say, this was one of the best sushi places I have been to in Baltimore. Everything was really fresh, prepared perfectly, and very tasty. Menu had a huge variety of rolls. The Mojo and Black Dragon rolls were out favorite. Miso soup was also spot on. The dining room was tiny, but it wasn't too crowded while we were there. The service was great and we will definitely return soon.

Tucked away in Mt. Washington which can seem to be tucked away in Baltimore, Chiyo is a relatively small resturaunt with big taste. The staff is very friendly and due the the tight quarters of the space are never more than a few feet away. The sushi chefs put more focus on presentation than many sushi bars in town and the fish is some of the freshest in the city. It's not the cheapest meal around but the value is good. A meal for 2 with drinks usually runs us $55-$75. But if you are in the area it is "arguably" one of the best sushi bars around.

We're craving some sushi and we decided to go to Chiyo, the restaurant is pretty busy consider on week day.
We're ordered couple rolls which is outstanding, the amazing part of the owner was suggest us to order the live lobster as a sashimi and we're order it.... you know what is so tasty, the meat so tender sweet and yummy and they also serve the lobster head as a soup so delicious.
The wait staff are very helpfull and friendly.....the atmosphere so cozy.
So you should try it and enjoy it,they have variety of foods too other than sushi.
