We really were not in this hotel room for more then a few hours. The room seemed recently updated. It was very nice and clean. The bathroom was large and spacious. The decorations were modern. The bed was super comfortable. There was no free or continental breakfast which is disappointing with the price that is paid for the room.

it seems most of those who left ratings here stayed in renovated rooms. i recently stayed there when it was to almost full capacity. i had a disgusting room on the 5th floor (unrenovated- dirty carpet, skeevy velvet curtains, furniture on it's last legs). if you must stay at this hotel, make sure you do NOT end up on the 5th floor. disgusting!! i'm sure this hotel makes lost of money due to the fact it is connected to the convention center. why can't they invest some of their profits back into the hotel? probably because they can be sure to be sold out so they don't have to bother. sickening!

Room Tip: do NOT end up on the 5th floor, if at all possible. demand renovated room.

Hi Sandi111,

We apologize that we did not meet your expectations and we are investing in the property as the last two floors are under renovations at this time. We are hopeful that you will offer us another opportunity in the near future.

warm regards.

Traveled from Boston to Bal'mer for a business trip. Slept peacefully and deeply at this Sheraton Inner Harbor. The room was clean, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing, and the bed was comfortable. Doormen very attentive and helpful. Breakfast at the Oriole Grill, consisting of scrambled eggs, home fries, and toast, ($15) was very good, and the Starbucks coffee was excellent.

(The bathtub could have used the once-over with a Magic Eraser in the textured non-slip areas, but was otherwise immaculate.)

Internet is free in the lobby, but costs $12 per night for premium high speed service in the room.

Room Tip: I stayed down the hall in room 1210 on the 12th floor - very quiet.

This room had been booked through a tournament rep then I found out that we had been moved to another hotel out by the airport because of the Baltimore Marathon. After numerous calls to the hotel and reps I got the room back. There is NO free breakfast buffet and considering the rates I would think they could comp a few rolls and a bowl of cereal. On the weekend IF the hotel is sold out they do have a $19.95 buffet otherwise none. The desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The lobby looks nice but the hallways upstairs are rather narrow dark and dated. The room was clean but carpet had seen better days and there was a tile coming off the wall in the bathroom. There is a fee for wifi in the room- $7.95 for the sloooooow speed "premium" was much higher. Wifi is free in the lobby but to use the 'business computers' there is a 45 minute timer. The only free thing that I found was 5 B&W printouts for boarding passes-color cost extra. Had a great view of the harbor! The desk chair leaned back so far that I was afraid of tipping over. The chairs were comfortable but dated. The glass table was ok for 2 people to eat at but could have been a bit taller. I had asked in advance for a refrigerator and microwave which were not in the room upon my arrival but brought quickly. The fridge sat directly on the carpet which made the door a bit hard to open/close-would think that they could invest in a few little tables for them. The pillows were very soft which I like but I imagine firm ones could be obtained. The bed was sloping to one side but not enough that i slid out.The housekeepers are friendly and generous with the towels etc. There is a 'green' program that gives you a $5 drink coupon for every day that you do not have fresh sheets-found out that these are only redeemable in the bar not for juice in the little gift shop. There is a parking garage for $22.50 a day which fills up rather quickly. Also on site is an Enterprise rental place. The front desk gives tickets which must be used to go in and out of the garage but my ticket got saturated in the rain and it was no hassle to enter without. Location was convenient for my needs but for the price I expected a bit more.

Room Tip: Ask for the harbor view

Everything as expected from the Sheraton hotels, including the prices (extra for WiFi, parking, etc.). Good choice of bar-food and breakfast.
This hotel has a great location, walking distance to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium as well as the major downtown attractions.
If you come from the airport, take the Light Rail to Camden Yards (single trip $1.60), from there it's about a 10 minute walk. Safe on those cab expenses!

This hotel met all of my expectations. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

One of the best things about my stay was that I felt like the hotel was well cleaned and maintained. There was even a pleasant aroma everywhere.

I also found it easy to come and go. There was always a taxi ready. Even in the lobby there was always one elevator ready, open, and waiting. Perfect.

The only downside was that when I asked for directions the gentleman didn't seem too confident.

Room Tip: Can't beat the view of the harbor. Opt in for the "green" housekeeping and get $5 eac...

We recently spent a weekend in Baltimore to see the Red Sox play at Camden Yards. The location of this hotel was perfect! Only a couple of blocks from Camden Yards in one direction and then a couple of blocks to the beautiful inner harbor in the other direction. Our room on the 8th floor had a beautiful view of the inner harbor. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor room with a view of the inner harbor.
