Try to get a room on an upper floor with a full harbor view. Amazing! Restaurant is pricey. Very limited menu was offered for dinner the Sat. after Thanksgiving. Head across the street to the harbor and surrounding streets for a more satisfying/reasonably priced meal. Breakfast at Miss Shirley's is not to be missed. No seal at the bottom of the shower door caused some minor flooding. Put a spare towel down in front of it beforehand. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Room Tip: Upper floor, full harbor view.

We stay at the Hyatt several times a year to have a home base when frequenting Fells Point, Canton and Mount Vernon attractions. They have a top notch staff, very attendant valets and a great breakfast in their restaurant. We usually book on priceline via name your own price with a 4 star hotel. We tend to get the Hyatt or the Marriott Waterfront, both are highly recommended.

The room was very nice. I loved the glass elevator with the view of the Harbor. The hotel was so convenient to shopping and the Harbor. We normally stay at the Renaissance Hotel across the street but we got a better rate ($143) at the Hyatt by booking online and using my AAA- it included parking ($27) and breakfast buffet everyday at Bistro 300. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We look forward to going back next year.

I have stayed at the Hyatt for over ten years for a particular event over Thanksgiving weekend. This past weekend was the best ever. Everyone from the guys at the valet parking to the people at the check-in desk to the staff you pass in the hall, were all outstanding!!! This is probably the best staff I have ever seen in the hotel business. Simply fantastic this past weekend.

Room Tip: Corner room ending in 46 has a great Harbor view.

We wanted to go to the B+O Railroad Museum with our children last minute and found the Hyatt Regency. It was our first time to Baltimore in a long time. The hotel has an elevated walkway over to the Inner Harbor, It was about 1 mile from the museum. The rooms were clean and well lit (i hate dark hotel rooms), the beds very comfortable. We asked and got adjoining rooms and housekeeping was up to open up the doors within 5 minutes even though we checked in late at night. We got a great deal with AAA with a breakfast buffet and in and out parking all day, for only $145. My kids loved riding the elevators with a grand view of the atrium and the harbor, and seeing Christmas decorations. The breakfast buffet was great, big variety, and generally good food. My kids enjoyed that as well. The bistro is surrounded on one side by a nice water/sculpture/mural display. the staff were quite nice. It does not have an indoor pool. we didn't have time to check out the gym. The aquarium is just on the other side of the harbor. it was perfect for us.

Room Tip: Atrium views are more expensive obviously. we didn't get that, but it was quiet. we overlooked s...

First the good- you cannot beat the location. It is perfect for any visit to the Inner harbor, Aquarium and Science Center. We had a corner room on the 11th floor overlooking the harbor. It was nicely updated and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Also, we got a GREAT deal- $159 including parking ($26) and 2 tickets to the Aquarium.
Now the not so nice- our room was never cleaned on our third day and when I requested turn down service so we can get fresh towels, they never came. Perks coffee shop was never open. Lastly, the parking swipe card for the garage never worked. We had to keep getting an attendant or getting a new card to go in and out of the garage.

The hotel was nice and very conveniently located. It is easy to take the light rail from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is attached to the convention center and is very close to the harbor and the various attractions there.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with harbor view.
