I was there for a conference recently and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Whether I needed help with special dietary needs, personal items for my room, or technical support for a presentation or even extra chairs, the staff responded quickly and professionally. Thank you.

I travel frequently for business, usually at least one week in every month. From check in to check out the entire staff was very welcoming, helpful, and informative.

Great location (Inner Harbor, very close to light rail). As with many other Holiday Inn locations, it's an aging facility that has had a "somewhat remodel". Meaning that furnishings, bathroom fixtures etc. have been upgraded, but things like the hallways still feeling stuffy, or paint job details in the rooms not always up to such a high grade. But certainly livable, and I'm certainly happy with what I got for what I paid.

Thanks so much for your review. While the hotel has been renovated a year or so ago, it's now under new ownership, and we're very excited to make a number of changes to the hotel.

We hope you will visit us again.

The hotel room was average, but just what you'd expect at this level. Room and public areas were clean. We stayed over night while attending an event at the First Mariner Arena, which is directly catty-corner to the hotel; very convenient. Due to inclement weather we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant. One of the reasons we stayed here was so we could park the car and not have to drive anywhere in the city. The weather changed our plans for walking around to find a restaurant in the area. We were a little skeptical at first; the dining area is nice, but set up in some kind of retro 70's colors and decor. We were also the only people in there on a Saturday night, which gave us pause. Luckily, the staff couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The food was very well prepared and delicious, and the prices were great for downtown Baltimore. Our breakfast the next day was just as welcoming. Staff attending us for the breakfast buffet couldn't have been more inviting, courteous, and "down to earth" friendly. It really made for a pleasant experience, and something you don't find alot anymore in establishments in large cities.

Had to make a trip to Baltimore for a business trip. Decided to stay here. Love the location. As much as I want to give it an average score, I find myself thinking what a bad experience I had...

When I walked in the room, which is in another building away from the main building (inconvenient), I realized how small the room was. I didn't mind the room size, but I remembered I reserved a king size bed, which is not what I got. The bed we got was either a full or queen. So, I was disappointed.

Then, when morning comes, around 7:30am, I thought to myself, "What is that ruckus?!" Then, I found out, right outside of my window, there was street construction! I wish the receptionist that checked me in told me....

Room Tip: Stay in upper level to get quieter rooms.

First, let me begin by apologizing for the room without a king bed. I know the hotel has some queen bedded rooms which should not be given to anyone who has not reserved one. The street work would certainly be disruptive, and there is no excuse for our not having placed you in a quieter area of the hotel. Second, the hotel is now under new ownership as of Feb 2nd, and our intention is to solve problems such as these by listening to guest feedback, and taking the preventive measures that will reduce the likelihood of events such as these.
