“Rooms are OK, but PARKING IS A BIG PROBLEM.”

Approx. 300 parking spaces, but 280 seem to be permanently full. Don't stay here if you need handicap parking close to the front door. They have only 6 handicap spaces, and all 6 are always full, so our handicapped driver had to park 300 feet away. The noisy & crowded complimentary breakfast was disappointing: powered eggs, rubbery sausage, & waffle irons that take 5 minutes. Instead, go for the brand-name cereal packs. Four elevators, but they all have different control panels which is confusing to the casual visitor, especially the elevator that doesn't have a button for Lobby (you have to select Floor 1)!! Don't expect to find a luggage cart if you need one either. Sleep quality: halls are noisy and mattresses are saggy. Hallways are 87 degrees with no AC. This hotel is a lot of work, for a higher than average price. Won't stay there again.

Room Tip: Odd numbered rooms facing Baltimore have a better view.

Have you ever been lost in Baltimore? At night? We got to Baltimore about 10 at night, and toured some neighborhoods I wouldn't feel safe in even during the daytime. When we finally got to this hotel, we were so grateful. It turned out to be a nice, big hotel. We were put on the 6th floor--the Johns Hopkins Floor, in a nice large room. We weren't there but a few hours, but the place was safe, clean, and comfortable--all that we require. The staff were welcoming, even at the late hour, and breakfast the next morning was satisfactory. I may never see Baltimore again, but if I do, I would feel comfortable staying here again. Be aware that this hotel, like some others, are charging a "Safe warranty" fee for the safe in the room. In some hotels I protested this fee, since I never use a room safe, and the fee was removed. I failed to notice at this hotel until after I'd left.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The shuttle was great and had direct drop off points and took us directly to the harbor! It was very reasonably priced for the area and the breakfast was pretty good too! If your planning on any museums or the aquarium you can get tickets through hotel at discounted prices.

We had a wonderful time in Baltimore. We purchased Baltimore Aquarium tickets at AAA, to find out Best Western Plus (online) offers packages with 2 adult Baltimore Aquarium tickets with a one night stay. We would have saved $60. if we knew about it. Another package was for people going on a cruises. Stay one night, allowed to park car for the duration of cruise and shuttle service to and from Baltimore port of call, saving us $100...What a deal! That is what were doing in Sept. Super hotel, free hot breakfast buffet, and wonderful customer service.

Room Tip: We were on the 10th floor, no problems. It was great, they do have 4 elevators running.

this hotel has a pleasant staff, well organized, and clean. stayed on 11th fl, had 4 elevators . the dinner room was neat , clean and had excellent breakfast. the room was clean, and was cleaned to perfection every day of stay. The shuttle service to the inner harbor was great. take shuttle # 2. Ride to and from harbor was fast, but safe. The indoor pool was actully staffed with a live life guard. out door sunning area with tables and chairs. a well equiped fitness room. best value at the inner harbor.

Room Tip: we stayed on south side center. quite nice view

When we walked into the lobby the hotel looked elegant and upscale. After getting off the elevator, however, a blast of hot air hit us, and it felt like there was no air conditioning in the hallway.

My room had AC and was fine, but when I talked to the front desk about the hot hallways one attendant said that's just the way the halls are because of the windows and the soda and ice machines. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. Who would run a hotel that way?

It was 100 degrees outside one day during my stay, and it must have been about 90 degrees in my hallway.

The front desk said the problem is only on the 11th and 12th floor, but I checked the 10th floor and it was the same. I ended up talking to the front desk three times about the problem, and the last time they said they are working on getting it fixed, but I didn't know if this was true or not.

Everything else was fine I would have give the hotel an excellent rating if it wasn't for the hot hallways, which I found unbearable.

This is a good place to stay. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, has all the amendities. The restaurant fare was not up to par for a hotel of this type. Dinner was mediocre, go somewhere else to eat. The breakfast was very good however.
