As two older white folks, we lucked into this fascinating small museum with character! In a lovely building full of light, the history of two men who worked and lived in Baltimore came to light. We were met by an enthusiastic tour guide who clearly loves her job and we saw others during our stay. The museum is carefully put together with some interactive features for kids as well. Downstairs is a working shipbuiding exhibit. The staff was excellent, the gift shop unique and the North Star Bistro food top notch, with outdoor tables amid boxes of herbs overlooking the harbor and the water taxi stop.
