Salt represents taste, so the name of this restaurant is perfect. The food is superb, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the presentation is always interesting. Parking in the neighborhood is, however, simply horrible, so leave a few minutes early, because you are not going to find spot right in front of Salt. Don't let that stop you, Salt is worth the small hassle.
