“Great breakfast!”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

We usually eat here for breakfast. It has always been really good. This time around I had the Boxty. It is SO MUCH food! We also stopped by here for lunch this trip. My husband had the bangers and mash and loved it!

“not so good”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

My husband and I stopped in for lunch having never been to Fells Point before, but often gravitating to Irish Pubs we figured we were good...NOPE. After being seated we were completely ignored for well over 10 minutes, (it was not busy) finally the bartender stopped ove and we placed our drink order. The house wine was house wine, drinkable, my husband was happy with his Guinness but he almost always is. We stated with onion rings which were ok, husband had Sheppard's Pie which was ok, a salad that was very basic but came with the wrong dressing and my Irish Stew was so bad I gave up on it and eat my husbands salad instead. There was a TON of tarragon that completely overwhelmed everything, 1 small piece of carrot, a couple of potatoes, nasty tasting lamb and what must have been canned gravy. REALLY bad. Oh and the TV volume was boosted way up for the soccer game. We will not be back.

“Food and drink great, service not”
Reviewed January 8, 2013

This is a fine Irish pub with excellent food and drink. Good Irish cider (Magner's) on tap and all the Irish beers you could ask for .. Potato leek soup was excellent. Our waitress forgot about us twice and we had to go looking for her. Not great Irish service and hospitality, but the food, drink, and atmosphere made up for it.

“It's a pub”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

Walked in and it was warm on a cold December day. Staff got drinks right away and left us to ourselves at the bar. Friendly feel to the place.
