Two of my close girlfriends and I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott in Downtown/Inner Harbor, and had a spectacular time. We arrived early, and as soon we pulled up the Valet Parking guys were opening our doors, and greating us. They took our bags and loaded them, as well as escorted us into the lobby for check in. We were able to check in early with no issues, and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. Our room was large, with a stocked kitchen. The room /kitchen/bathroom were spotless. Although we didn't have a view (faced another building), it didn't matter to us..We were content with the amount of space we had to spread out, unwind and catch up with one another.

The location was great. We were able to walk to the inner harbor, but due to it being late..we grabbed a cab and explored downtown. The bell hops were great at giving suggestions, and directions to where we needed to go.

The breakfast provided in the morning was by far the BEST breakfast at a hotel we've ever had. It was packed, which was to be expected..but worth waiting in line for. Check out was easy, and our car was brought back to us quickly. All of us agreed that we can't wait to come back to Residence Inn with our families.

One block away from the Renaissance for half the price. A cheap, clean and spacious Residence Inn suite without the big hotel services, although you can get room service from the bar downstairs. Free wifi and good standard of furnishings, TV in both the living area and bedroom. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good security with room key access to the elevators and front door locked after 9pm.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They have valet parking, you pay for it, but they have it. There is a public garage next door that is probably cheaper for overnight parking.
The hotel is in a great location; it is centrally located between the convention center and the inner harbor. The rooms are new and very nice. They have all the amenities you need. The rate was great for the weekend stay. The other hotels at the same rate and some even higher were not as nice.
There was a complimentary breakfast. It was crowded, but they had the basics, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, potatoes, pastries, breads and bagels, yogurt, fruit juices and coffee. It was good too.
The elevator is secure as well. In order to go up to the upper floors you must have a room key or the elevator doesn’t work. It is a great security measure.
Give it a try and you won’t be disappointment, we certainly were not.

So many Residence Inn's are run of the mill, no differentiation, no charm. Not this one. Fantastic, room guest rooms. Excellent on site restaurant, complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. I love trying new properties when I visit cities but I do not think I will when I stay in Baltimore.

This was our second stay at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. I think it may be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and the staff is so friendly. The location is great with only a 2 block walk to the harbor. This will be our regular place to stay when we are in Baltimore.

We loved the hotel. It was in a great location, 2 blocks from the inner harbor! The room must have just been redone. It was updated and almost brand new. Great to have a full service kitchen in the room as well. We had a studio suite. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and hot food. Yum! We would return to the hotel again. Great value and great room. Oh yea, could not get the public computers to print our pending cruise docs, so the hotel desk clerk went out of her way to help me, and ended up printing my documents for me, at no cost I might add! Thats going the extra mile for a guest!

You would be wrong to stay anywhere else in Baltimore..This place is freshly renovate, rooms are huge, we had a King, nice sized sitting area, full sized kitchen, plasma TV, soooo close to Inner Harbor you could somersault to it! Nice hot fresh breakfast is included in the rate, and I am not talking bagels and donuts...Homefries, hash, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and more!!! As much as you want! Its very convenient to Inner Harbor, a short 2 block jaunt away..forget something? CVS is 1/2 block away...dunkin donuts, 7-11 and 3 nice quaint bars are there too! I am never staying anywhere else in Baltimore! The quality of the hotel and staff merit my return business always!
