Great view, great atmosphere, great food! Ask for a window seat and enjoy overlooking the harbor. Especially loved the fresh seafood.

I visited many years ago for a large champagne brunch. There was a lot of food to choose from. I stuck with the basics because I am not an adventurous diner, but that was good. I recall enjoying the view of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. At that time, the interior seemed quite dated and in need of a makeover. I have no idea if they've done so because I have not been back. I recall the price was quite high which is unfortunate for people like myself who barely touched the champagne.

This place was nothing special. Our hotel concierge touted it as the best seafood in Baltimore. Clearly, he was mistaken. The food was overpriced and could easily have been on the menu of a chain restaurant. It was over-everythinged: salted, creamed, etc.

The only bright spot was the whiskey flight. That was great. Unfortunately, it didn't make up for the rest.

Was ok. View of the harbor is great and it's right accross from AVAM. Supposed to have a nice New Year's Eve dinner.

The ambience and superb culinary greatness is worth the extra price. I would recommend a fish dish and don't skip dessert!

If you want a traditional Maryland crab cake though try a more mom and pop type place on the outskirts of the city. (Just my humble opinion, ask 5 Marylanders where the best crab cake is and you'll get 7 recommendations)

Rusty Scupper is a must visit place, even if you only have one night in Baltimore.
