Good lunch. Quiet enough for a business meeting. Somewhat attentive staff. Food was excellent. Good diversity on menu.
Lighting is good and the fact we had free internet access with high speed as a definite plus.

This is a wonderful spot for folks visiting JHU. The food is wonderful and the service was terrific. Tasty sandwiches and the fish and chips special was incredibly light and full of flavor. We enjpoyed everything there. The menu is full of inteersting dishes and the pizza at the next table looked really good. Even a small bar with specials.

My two teen daughters, my husband and I were visiting Johns Hopkins University and found this place across the street from the university. Though tiny, they have an interesting menu and outdoor seating. One daughter had the Nutella stuffed French Toast which was spectacular! -- two pieces of French toast housed a huge amount of nutella and were topped with powdered sugar and cut diagonally like grilled cheese. There was melted butter and syrup for dipping and my daughter plowed through one half before letting us taste it. My other daughter had a Greek pizza which was good but didn't seem to have feta on it as promised, only mozerella, and in addition to Greek olives, also had green Spanish olives with pimentos which seemed an odd choice to add to it. The crust, however, was crispy and delicious and the amount was enough to share unless you are famished. The disappointing item was the beet salad. It sounded interesting and my husband and I had each gotten one. A small bowl worth of beets were dumped on less than a handful of greens, 4 or 5 pieces of candied walnut and a tablespoon of cheese (I believe it was gorganzola) and topped with a walnut vinagrette. It was very tasty but far from enough. The service was excellent and again, the menu sounded great -- but I would stay away from the beet salad!

The food was so delicious my daughter took a photo of it. The place is tiny though - I'm not sure if you could go with more than 4 people.

Food: 4 stars
Flat iron steak salad - steak well prepared and sautéed onions were rockin'.
Lamb meatballs over creamy polenta - perfectly seasoned meatballs, delicious yogurt sauce. Polenta was nicely seasoned.
Crispy polenta cake (appetizer) - tasty, well-prepared.
Service: 4 stars
Parking area is decent and free for less than 3 hours.
