My wife and I enjoyed an evening at Patrick's this past Wednesday. We stopped for a sandwich but the barman talked my wife into trying a crab cake. We are from Bray, a seaside resort town in County Wicklow south of Dublin. We Irish are not much on eating "Crab". But my wife tried one and said, "It was the best thing she ever put it her mouth"! She said it, "was a bit of heaven"!
I did not brave the crab, and opted for a steak. It was a good steak, but not heavenly. The pub was clean. The food was good. The staff was friendly. And my wife was happy! We come to the states about once a year. We will be back.
