Our first time here- 7:00 reservation and seated promptly. Service was very good. Calamari and bruschetta appetizers were really good. We all enjoyed our main dishes: chicken piccata - sauce was great; veal Marsala; lobster ravioli; vodka penne; tilapia special. All in all, great dinner. Prices very good and portions large. Definitely recommend!

We encountered many of the complaints posted here. We arrived early for our reservation. There were several tables open, but we still had to wait 45 minutes. The owner is at the front door, and does speak very disrespectfully to his staff, which does create a very ackward experience. Our server was also kinda strange. The food was good. The ambiance was definately lacking. It was really strange that there were only 2 of us, yet the server added gratuity to the bill, and didnt tell us.

If you are looking for a nice romantic dinner, this is not the place. That said, if you want a good meal, and in my opinion some good people watching, this is the place to go.

We had a groupon. Dont think we will be going back.

This restaurant came highly recommended and we loved it. Great food - very fresh. We both had one of their specials which we thoroughly enjoyed. Great service too. Would definitely go back.

Food was average or worse. I had the lobster Raviolli. Was OK for me but my wife took a taste and gave it back...
pricey for the portions and quality. Not much atmosphere.

Food was very good. Fresh, herby, lots of flavor in every dish. Staff were very attentive, without being overbearing. Atmosphere was relaxed, quaint. A window seat allows you to observe the neighborhood "comings and goings" as well, which we found akin to a cafe table, without the heat and bugginess! A very nice evening, and easy walk from the Shot Tower subway stop (beats parking issues).
