Our new favorite restaurant in Baltimore thanks to Virginia, our co-host(ess) and waitress. Not being too hungry, we shared several dishes and the first was a whole Branzino Mediterranean sea bass. She made us feel like we were her favorite customers of the evening, we new that was impossible but it felt good! Virginia recommended a 2011 Massone Massera Gavi to accompany the fish and it had excellent minerality and acidity. We shared a veal dish with a reduction sauce next and we again left the red wine choice to Virginia. Best thing we have found, so far, in Baltimore.
Then dessert and then... complimentary orangecello to follow. A first time for us with this drink: we make our own limoncello and they had the orange equivalent just right.
Nice décor, everyone very pleasant.
