Description: Bond Street Social combines an original, upscale dining experience with a hip, lively social scene. Executive Chef Neill Howell's creative menu of "social plates," encourages social dining with a range of global dishes that fuse European, Latin, Asian and Chesapeake Bay cuisine. The menu is designed to appeal to a diner's desire to sample a variety of dishes to share amongst friends, as opposed to traditional course style dining. To enhance the dining experience, Bond Street Social offers "social drinks," brought to the table in glass infusion jars. In addition, Bond Street Social offers a wide selection of craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails.

“Trying too hard...”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

I had heard a lot about this place and was excited to go. My initial thoughts were that the decor was outstanding and if it hadn't been 100+ degrees out I probably would have liked the fire-lit patio. The service was fantastic but my overall experience of the place was poor. The food was outrageously over-priced and the portions were tiny. They billed this as "tapas-style" dining (full disclosure: I don't like tapas bars either) but to me it just meant that I was going to leave hungry. The food was not good and the drinks were expensive too. Perhaps if you're trying to impress someone, this would be a good place to take them. However, it just felt pretentious to me. I won't be going back.

“Only Had Small Plates ...But WOW”
Reviewed June 13, 2012

This place is almost out of character for Fells Point but it certainly delivers on fairly reasonably priced apps that are pretty eclectic for the area (as I previously stated). It's all your normal appetizers done in way that pumps up the taste factor, varies the texture factor and makes the plate look very upscale overall. And a 7 buck Bloody Mary bar with twice as many mixes, additions and garnishes that anyone's ever seen. Many props to Steve the bar guy, he brings the pretentious level down to where it needs to be.
