What a gem. A short drive from the hustle and bustle of the Inner Harbor but it is like being in a whole different world. Visited on a Tuesday just to walk around with a friend and then returned on Wednesday to see it again. There is so much to enjoy. It is a well-cared for park with trails that carry you through multiple plantings of trees and shrubs and flowers and turf. Most of the locations have a self-guided cell number you can call for information on the garden. Very helpful. Due to the summer camp season we did not get to see the mansion. The visitor center opened on Wednesday for the week, but the arboretum hours are much broader than the visitor center. It is an enjoyable place to be outside and walk around in a beautiful setting.
