We where just walking around town and found it. We stopped in for lunch and was amazed. Food was very fresh and good. I have gluten intolerance so I had strawberry salad, very good. Girlfriend had sandwich, it was on fresh bread with fresh lettuce and good meat.

Price was good, they have a small place and seating could be a problem. They also sell some organic and gluten free products.

Located in the historic part of downtown Baltimore, this is a busy little market with fresh produce and local goods. The cafe includes vegetarian and vegan items. My favorite is the vegan Chai cupcake. And offered year round, are their tasty smoothies, my favorite is the espresso, but you can also have them custom made to your liking too.

I happened on this charming little shop and was totally delighted! The servers are all young and may just be from School of the Arts nearby-all have a slightly arty air which is sweet--they were very helpful as I looked at the nice selection of grocery-organics, great cheeses, intriguing condiments and honey! and just so much fun to search through. The coffee and sandwiches and pastry are very tasty--tho' small, it is busy with carry out coffees or you can share a spot at a little table with another to have a break, while enjoying the interesting artwork displayed on the walls. I felt refreshed after being there and intend to go back soon.

It was a nice lunch and good food. Little too small; hard to find a table to enjoy lunch. The food was very fresh and clean, mostly sandwiches and the like.
