With this place in the city's Little Italy, it's a neat visit regardless of whether or not you eat here. It seems like it would be a best kept secret-type place, but with all the publicity this place has gotten, it's not a secret. It's just downright good.

It's a very small place, with only three tables and a small meat/cheese counter and shelf of authentic Italian products. They've got a number of sandwiches and pizzas, which come in 10- and 14-inch sizes. We ordered a pizza bianca (ricotta, herbs and garlic). It was definitely one of the top pizzas I've ever had - just behind a NY pizzeria. Not only that, but they were QUICK. That pizza was done in like 5 minutes! Get here!

Walking around Little Italy and found this place. Very small and we were worried we wouldn't be able to sit and eat. Fortunately someone left and we got a table. Pizza was just ok, nothing special. The gentlemen who were working there were very friendly and service was fast. Downside - there was no bathroom!!! If you don't want to go into the over priced restaurants try this one.

Isabella's has all the character, service, and great food you could imagine in a small neighborhood deli. We had the " fire brick" meatball and Zia Ronni sandwiches. WOW!

If you go to Isabella's, try the Italian Cold Cut Sub. It is the best that I have ever had. I have not had their pizza yet, but I believe that Baltimore Magazine rated it as the best in Baltimore. Parking on the street is usually available during the daytime. This is a very small place with three little tables. So I often get a carry out to take with me.

This very casual restaurant has a true neighborhood feel. The service was fast, the pizza was delicious and the Mediterranean-style salad was loaded with olives, peppers and artichoke hearts.
This restaurant has a deli counter set up with no table side service and an extremely no-frills ambiance, but the food is great!
