This is a stunning building - all glass with exceptional views of the West Innner Harbour. Suites are huge with beautiful wood and furnishings throughout and 2 bathrooms and a dressing area. Reception and Concierge knock themselves out to please! Staff cannot do enough for guests. Food is very good especially from Room Service. Hotel opened in October and staff has to get acclimated since there were some problems. When "comped" items were delivered, server carried galsses with her fingers inside and dishes against her jacket to quickly complete service. There were also some housekeeping problems with the room but minor. Time will work them out. Recommend highly although I cannot imagine how they will cool the all glass tower in Baltimore's mid- Summer heat and humidity. A special nod to the Concierge Mirama who was exceptional..

Had an excellent weekend in Baltimore and where we stayed was the chief contributor. The Fells Point location, the excellent staff, the airy bar and dining area, the view of the water, were all simply outstanding. It was everything we've come to expect from this excellent company. Entertainment, fine dining & nightlife were within a short walk. I grew up in Philadelphia and lived in Manhattan and I will say that I loved Fells Point. Great time.

Room Tip: Get corner suite with a view of the water.

Have stayed in a bunch of the newer US Four Seasons in the past couple of years and they have been a bit variable. Baltimore just opened and it feels like they are really on their game with this property. Staff were super friendly, rooms are great and views are fantastic

Pros:

Very tasteful high quality decor throughout
Great friendly staff
Very happening vibe in restaurant/bar/coffee shop areas
Amazingly good spa

Cons
Little bit out of the way
Felt a little understaffed

The hotel is wonderful. We loved every aspect: the service, the fireplaces in the bar, the room with a terrific view, and the location. Definitely a five star experience! The hotel is within walking distance (a fun walk with bridges and cobblestones) to eateries and attractions. We self parked in the garage area designated for hotel guests and the elevator brought us into the lobby....very easy.

Room Tip: Go for the view, from the 16th floor it was spectacular!

This hotel is one of the best in Baltimore. The staff is helpful and friendly, the lobby flowers are stunning, the views from the room and the fitness center were amazing. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and overlook the marina/harbor and are a great size. You feel like you are in your own apartment instead of a hotel room. The bathrooms are wonderfully appointed and for once have space to put your belongings. Also, it was very quiet in the room even though you are walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The fitness center is on the top floor and overlooks the harbor. It has plenty of cardio equipment as well as free weights and the pool outside offers beautiful views. I will not stay any where else when I travel to Baltimore. The staff definitely makes you feel like they are excited to have you there and were able to check me in and get me settled all while I was on a conference call. It's nice to have a staff that understands that sometimes you can't get off the phone! I had previously reviewed this hotel and although my write-up was glowing I mistakenly gave it only a one circle/star rating (which was my bad). I am glad I was able to resubmit to make sure anyone who is going to Boston has a chance to experience this hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, we went for our anniversary. Service was top notch from the valet to the front desk. The managers were extremely kind and accomodating. It feels good to stay in a hotel where the staff seem genuinely happy to have you staying with them.
The staff were coureous and had no trouble helping us feel right at home.
The room was incredible, extremely spacious and clean. The views of the harbor were magnificent.
I can't say enough about the staff, they really bring the hotel together, and make for a great stay.
Remember it is a Four Seasons, so it is a little pricey, but totally worth it!

Room Tip: Stay in a harbor view room if you can, the views are incredible. The suites on the 10th floor are e...
