This is a clean well maintained hotel, it's just aged and it's showing it. I had nice high ceilings in my room. The TV was CRT and the wallpaper was old. There was no light in the shower; the pool does not open until 1 o'clock and the restaurant is not good. On the positive side the bed was a sleep number bed which was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the staff was delightful and very friendly. I'm sure if they updated this hotel it could be very good as for now I'll rate it as average.

We stayed here for one night, so we did not experience most of the hotel amenities. It is located pretty conveniently to Loyola University and was just a short drive to the Camden Yards area. It is a bit out of the way, so there is certainly no urban feel. There are a number of adjacent shops but were closed when we arrived late.

The hotel was small, but had the full-service vibe. Friendly staff, easy parking and spacious room. My sleep # bed was not working, but my daughter's was, and she wants one now. She slept great (so did I). Also had a separate makeup area outside of the bathroom which was very convenient. Overall, a great value - solid hotel.

My wife and I stayed here three nights for a wedding. The things we liked about it were the location near highways, downtown, and adjacent to a small shopping centre; the free covered parking; the large, comfortable rooms; and the friendly staff. There was also free wifi access which was appreciated. There is s shuttle to the Aquarium at the harbour but it is infrequent so we drove ourselves. The rooms and beds are roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms are fine but look a little worn. Our only complaint was that our room almost wasn't cleaned even though we vacated it for several hours. When we called to have it done, we were told that it might be too late. But the room was cleaned in the end. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again at a similar rate.

The Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys in Baltimore, MD is a beautiful hotel surrounded by 72 acres of wooded area. The location is very scenic and peaceful. Our stay at the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys was wonderful! The service was excellent; from being welcomed by the Front Desk Staff, Velma (nice phone conversations about our reservations prior to arrival), Phil, Leslie, Beth, Shaniqua and Keith; being attended to by the Restaurant Hostess, Andrea, and served a delicious breakfast in the Restaurant by Mike; the friendliness and the superb cleanliness of the House Keeping staff; shuttled and great conversation with Shaniqua and to being served at the Bar/Lounge by Corey. The hotel has a very nice Court Yard, an outdoor pool, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, it is surrounded by a Shopping Plaza and much more. The Hotel also has a Shuttle Service to the Baltimore Inner Harbor and other locations. My family was very pleased with the room accommodations and the overall service we received from the Hotel staff. We do plan on going back. Thank you all for making our stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is located in a very nice area in Baltimore. My wife and I had occasion to stay there while we were celebrating a family occasion nearby. Our rate was very reasonable. We could not have been more pleased with our room and the hotel. Our room on the fourth floor was very large, and quiet. There were two complementary bottles of water in our room. Everything was very clean. The king bed had an adjustable feature for each side. We didn’t use it since we found the bed amply comfortable without it. A light supper of caesar salad at the bar in the lobby was reasonably priced and tasty. The bartender-waiter was extremely nice and accommodating. (The main restaurant was closed by the time we ate). The hotel has a good fitness room and it would have been better with air conditioning—it had only a fan. Free parking indoors.
