We stayed here for 4 nights for a conference in May. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accomodating. We were upgraded to a larger corner room with a great harbor view at no extra cost for being Marriott rewards members. The motel was very well kept, clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel provided nice bath and body works products in the bathrooms. The location is great, looking out over the harbor, with easy access to all the harbor has to offer. The whole area is super nice and clean, with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance, including the aquarium and several museums. There is a water taxi stop right by the motel. The meeting spaces are well designed, and kept immaculately clean by the staff. The pool and gym are well appointed, and there is a lovely outdoor deck/patio area overlooking the harbor. The hotel rooms were super quiet--I never heard a bit of traffic or noise from my neighbor's rooms--which is amazing considering the size and urban location of the motel. The only downside was a loud concert Friday night at the Pier Six concert area which is right next to the hotel.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a corner room on the west side for a great harbor view.

Service at this hotel is just like it should be- from the front of the hotel to the pool-
Initial impression: front desk and lobby - very nicely decorated- has bar- deli like area and resturant
Breakfast buffet- right on! No more needs to be said- fruit, bread, bacon waffles, eggs- the whole shebang ! Service again right on!
Bar- in my opinion a bit pricey- I know I'm in a hotel but let me tell you something- it was empty- u know why? That's right - someone is putting the profits in their pocket! Typical corporate skum- it's Baltimore not NYC- 7 dollars for draft Stella and 9 for white wine
Rooms- clean beds comfy and pillows despite not feathers good- no incidences with creepy crawlies- bathroom nice! Ice machine on floor - -NO fridge in room- coffee maker in room- krups - single serve and they only leave you- one tea, one reg coffee and one decaf- hope 4 people won't fight over one - spacey room- nice overlook of water- 2532-
Pool - salt water and warm- only about 5 feet - balcony from pool over looks pier with concerts-
Overall not a bad place to stay- would come again
Oh yeah- parking next door in garage 26 dollars per night!

Stayed here for 3 days during a work conference. The hotel is nicely done, rooms are good size, clean and well kept. Location is great, especially if you don't have a car. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Although I didn't have an issue with it, others who stayed there commented about the thin walls and the lack of soundproofing.
Staff was very nice and helpful. I would go back again to spend more time in the city and this is a great location to stay at.

Room Tip: If you can be in a corner, you'll have less noise. My room was on the harbor side and provided...

I spent 4 nights here at a conference. The rooms are good size and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the construction of the hotel did not include much sound proofing. You can easily hear conversation as people walk down the hall. If someone has a TV on next door it is easily heard in your room They did a great job with the conference. The food and drinks at the receptions were good. The location is right on the waterfront with numerous very good restaurants within walking distance(try Charleston, expensive but delicious).

Room Tip: Get a water view room.

I stayed here while visiting family and had a wonderful experience. The room was very well attended to and the staff extremely attentive. We did not have any problems during our visit but rest assured if we did the front desk would have helped any way. The check in process was very quick and stress free which is nice after traveling with 3 young children...its nice to just get in the room and relax! Thanks Marriott!!

We stayed one night at this hotel to go see a John Stewart show on a Friday night and see the Aquarium the next day. The hotel was a quick taxi ride from the venue and walking distance from everything in the waterfront. The room was spacious, clean, had a very nice view, and it was nice being able to make tea and coffee. The staff was nice and helpful. The only thing I wasn't particularly impressed with is that it's a bit tricky getting taxis and you end up taking some special taxis from the hotel (or that hang out by the hotel) that are a bit more expensive, but it was no big deal at all.

Room Tip: Definitely book or ask to be placed in a room with a view of the waterfront.

This ranks as a very good Marriott with all the services and amenities of their higher class Hotels. The parking garage was most convenient with in and out privledges (Valet parking is also available, but a little more pricey.)

The lobby and rooms were spotless, and the employees were friendly and helpfull. The location was most convient to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point restaurant. They are right on the orange line for the free Connector busses to get you most anywhere.

Only negative is that you would think with a $450 room you would get free WiFi (there was a $12 charge for WiFi.)
