location is nice--right in fells. space has a different "feel" from many of the other restaurants in the neighborhood--it feels a little more contemporary than the sort of "rustic" bars/restaurants in the area. had a nice meal. think i had the lobster roll, and it was pretty good. i probably wouldn't have gotten it there as i'd prefer to get something like that at a roadside stand in new england, but the waitress recommended it, and i'd probably have it again.

This was the fourth time we've dined here and each time the service is excellent and the food consistently delicious. The wait staff is extremely informed about the menu without being pretentious like some other restaurants. They seem to appear just when you need them. They have a knack for making guests feel special I a very relaxed but highly professional manner. If you like oysters, this a must go to spot. I am an oyster aficionado having access to some of the freshest around due to living on the Little Choptank on the Eastern Shore. The oysters are extremely fresh here and the variety is excellent. It's fun to order just a few and to try different varieties to experience the textures, briny-ness, and consistency of the various types. This place goes beyond oysters. I've had various types of seafood and always leave wanting to go back. The portions are perfect and the wait staff will help you balance your selections. Desserts are a great way to end the meal even if you're not a big desert eater. And oh yes, the bar is great as well. This place fires on all cylinders. One word of advice on seating. The upstairs is best for dinner. You can still hear and enjoy the lively vibe, but also enjoy your dinner conversation.

I dined at this restaurant by myself on a Friday night. Was treated well, sat upstairs at a table on a rainy night, and thoroughly enjoyed an array of oysters, the crab cake and the white wine from Gascoyne. My waiter was adorable and the entire experience was enjoyable. The restaurant was pretty crowded and everyone seemed to be having a good time and liking their food. Good vibe and good vittles.

I came in on a cold Sat afternoon for a lite lunch. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender, i asked her for her best drink she said " the bloodymary is very good", so I got the bloodymary is was outstanding best i have had in year. For lunch I had the mussels and beach fries, these had to be the best in Baltimore, the mussels were big and full of flavor, the broth was out of this world good! And the fries were "homemade" with a dish of old bay were just great. Over all the place stand by itself in Baltimore for seafood!

We made a reservation for a Saturday evening here and were happily pleased with all the aspects of our evening. There were only a few tables upstairs so we could understand why you must make a reservation. We stuck with just seafood instead of buying entrees. Our crab legs were delicious especially with the mustard sauce. Of course, we had to try the oysters and got a dozen of four different varieties - each unique and delicious. Their mussels were served in a spicy broth of garlic, wine and red pepper which we enthusiastically enjoyed. Apart from the wonderful food, our waitress was attentive and met our needs with the aid of several other staff who kept our water topped off and our table cleared of old dishes. We will definitely come back!
