It's beer heaven! From the plethora of beers on tap and in bottles to choose from, you're never disappointed in what to drink. The bartenders are always friendly and willing to help aid in your selection. Jamie Ritter is a stand out guy who's service goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food selections are good and priced to not blow your wallet.

I've been to Max's many times. They have a huge beer selection. However, I went to meet friends on a June afternoon, and my friend's boyfriend was not allowed in because he was wearing a tanktop. Ridiculous. It was summer, and it was a tanktop...like a surfer style, not like an undershirt. Who does Max's think they are that they can set a dress code? Max's is in Fell's Point in Baltimore. It's not a swanky NYC nightclub. I haven't been back. Don't be rude to your guests!

This is one of the best beer bars in Baltimore with a massive choice of taps all served by knowledgeable bar staff that are proud of the products they serve. This is one of if not the largest beer list in the city with virtually any style of beer brewed available. The food was above average for bar food and plentiful. The bar had a good crowd the only down side being that it can get noisy in the bar with the music and chatter.

Excellent choices of beer and snacks. Would have been nice if they had waitress service, but the bar tenders were great.

I don't know if there is anything else to say besides it truly is the best beer bar we have ever found. It has friendly bartenders and an endless selection of beers. It is not a place to go for a "Miller Lite." They have over 100 taps and 500 bottles! A must visit for beer lovers!
