Talara's recenty completed a remodel and the restaraunt looks great. When we arrived for our dinner reservation, the hostess, Nora, was prepared and had read the note I sent with the reservation. She knew my girlfriend was a vegeatarian and came to the table prepared with many appetizing suggestions.
We tried two varieties of the seviche. The fire and ice was outstanding. The cucumber and avocado was incredibly flavorful. We also tried the wild mushroom flatbread and the corizo flatbread. Both were excellent with amazing flavor.
Service was quick and efficient. The bill was moderately priced for such a nice experience.
Nora, our server, provided the best service we've received in many years of dining out. She was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and well-prepared.
We highly recommend Talara's.
