Stayed here for one night...the staff were all quite wonderful. The rooms are nicely appointed, quiet and squeaky clean. The breakfast is more than adequate and the breakfast room is nicely situated. The hotel is in walking distance of any Inner Harbor attraction. It was a very cost effective choice too - we paid $98. Two tips...we arrived on Friday evening around 6 PM. To valet park is $30 per night but if you park on the street directly in front of the hotel it is free. The street fills up very quickly so you need to time it just right. We parked there and walked everywhere we wished to visit without incurring any parking fees during our stay. Hat tip to the doorman at the hotel for telling us the latter. One last tip...if anyone tells you that Mo's restaurant down the street (little Italy) is the place to eat just nod and go elsewhere. With so many great places to eat don't waste your money just because it is only a block away. Two blocks away there are a plethora of good places to eat. Don't miss the The American Visionary Art Museum - it is a real gem!

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard.

Stayed here on an overnight trip to the Inner Harbor - a close walk to all the attractions. Also right around the corner from Little Italy. The hotel was very clean, had a nice room and we found the staff at the front desk to be very friendly and attentive. Had no issues at all with the valet parking. In fact, upon leaving had a very nice gentleman give us directions on how to avoid all the traffic (as a marathon was going on and the main streets were closed) so we could get back on the highway. Continental breakfast was adequate - your typical fare. Also the tavern on site is convenient for drinks and a lite meal. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant one and would definitely recommend.

We stayed for only 1 night but our experience was fine. Room was HUGE and clean with a really large bathroom. The free breakfast (heat your own pre-made breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, fruit, etc) was good and very plentiful-we were eating at 7:30a.m. The staff in the dining room were really friendly, pleasant and helpful. Valet parking pricey at $30/night, but they quickly retrieved our car in the morning. Location is close to the harbor about 10 minute walk and of course close to Camden Yards to see the Orioles. Felt totally safe walking back to hotel after conclusion of night game. This hotel is very near the location (a tavern) where the "Star Spangled Banner" (US flag) was sewn-cool bit of American history- a little plaque on an outside wall on this block indicates this fact. Really close to Little Italy and delicious seafood restaurants.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on 3/2/13. We were greeted by the fabulous Loretta who helped us find some great bars and restaurants to spend our afternoon in. Valet is the way to go, Chaz, was so nice and on top of things. The night clerk Andy made our dessert dreams come true (Cannolis from Vaccaro's) by helping us get our hands on some milk!

Two downsides to the actual room...pillows are not good, very flat and the maids put them in a way that you think that they are squares but really are normal shaped but not comfortable! Also while the rain shower was nice, it is strange that the other half of the shower does not have a door or curtain to close to keep in the steam and warmth, we felt like we were showering in the middle of the bathroom.

Overall, the staff is amazing, bring your own pillows and robe to keep you warm!

We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to an event we attended in Little Italy. The common areas were tasteful and well-appointed, clean rooms, impressive continental breakfast with plenty of seating, fresh coffee available all day, extremely friendly and helpful staff, cute tavern. The location is safe and an easy walk to Little Italy, Fells Point, and Inner Harbor. We were pleasantly surprised at the bang we got for our buck at this mid-priced hotel.
