Room was nice, clean and attractive. As one who chooses not to drive in the city I opted to valet the car during our stay and either walk or taxi to destinations. Valet staff were very attentive and helpful. It would be nice to have a concierge on duty so the front desk staff do not have to field questions from travelers as well as handle check-ins.
We did find that our cell phone reception was spotty at best in most areas of the hotel (AT&T). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

During our stay we taxied to Johns Hopkins University on a college tour with my daughter ($11 one way) and the adjacent Baltimore Museum of Art - which offers free admission.
The Inner Harbor offers many, many restaurant options as well as boat tours within walking distance of the hotel. While the hotel's location on President Street is close to the Harbor I was not comfortable being out on the streets as the sun began to go down.
Overall, very nice experience.

We stayed here for a wedding across the street. I personally didn't see much green about it, but that's not why I was there. FYI breakfast closes at 10am. It wasn't fabulous but oh well. We had a 2 bed room and it was very large. We used their playpen and it worked out well. They also have laundry for $1 wash and $1 dry. However I didn't see detergent so keep that in mind. Parking can really add up, but be safe because someone had their car broken into ( she had her phone and GPS sitting in the seat for the world to see). If you are traveling in a group ask for your rooms to be close because we were placed in different towers of the hotel and had to use two elevators to get to the rest of our party. The computers/printers are free in the front lobby. We had appetizers and beer in the hotel bar at midnight. Every thing was extremely clean.

I remember being a kid on vacation with my parents and I always measuring the quality of a hotel by how good its breakfast was. This place has everything a kid would want in the a.m. - mini muffins, personal size box cereal, jimmy dean microwave egg biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and even two waffle makers where you can make your own waffles. Also, free coffee all day!

The staff here are very friendly and get you anything you might need.

The valet guys are nice, but at $30 per night, it's just too rich for my blood. Save yourself a little cash and park your car across the street in the BCC parking lot. Pretty sure that is where the valet guys take the car anyways.

The hotel is about a 5-10min walk from the inner harbor and 15mins from the convention center - just make sure to know which direction you are going. Baltimore isn't the safest city and gets a bid shady just 4 or 5 blocks from the inner harbor.

We stayed here when we came to Baltimore for a visit to Camden Yards to see the Red Sox play the Orioles. We were a little apprehensive about staying at a Fairfield Inn due to past experiences @ airport Fairfields. We were very pleased with this one! The room was spacious, bathroom as well. The beds were very comfortable. 2 queen beds was a plus for a family of four. At breakfast the next morning I was very impressed to see the manager ( her name escapes me) walking from table to table asking guests how their stay is and she was also helping to clear trash from guests tables. Our daughter has food allergies and she asked if she tried the candies that were by the elevator because they are allergy free. We had not had any yet because we did not know if she could. A few minutes later she came over with a small bag of candies as well as the ingredients labels for us to see. That is great customer service. We will absolutely return!!

If you need to stay in BAltimore, this is an excellent choice. The staff is so helpful and caring! Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast has good choices. A fun tavern is a nice addition. Great location, close to the inner harbor.
We will be returning in August for a extended stay and will definitely stay here!
