“Just fine for a conference”

The front desk and all staff were super nice, even when the electricity went out for several hours because of a snowstorm. The rooms are very comfortable and seemed quiet (though maybe because the attendees to this conference were especially quiet, as the staff mentioned that during baseball or football games, the place can be crazy). The location, like everything near the Convention Center, is not the best place to stay if you want to explore Baltimore or go to a variety of restaurants, as the area is fairly deserted at night.

Room Tip: You would have to take a cab to any of the higher rated restaurants.

stayed at this hotel with family & friends for my nephews wedding in Baltimore.
room was as expected, nice, clean, reasonable size.
asked the front desk when checking in for a roll-away bed for my son, was told 1 would be sent right up & I needed to be in my room to receive it, an hour later still no roll-away, called front desk & was told 1 would be sent right up, waited another 1/2 hour, still no roll-away bed.
my wife looked out in hallway & noticed 1 sitting in the hallway about 10 rooms down.
she went down & rolled it into our room, not the best way to do it.
2nd problem was Saturday night after my nephews wedding, but prior to the reception @ Camden Yards, I went to the front desk asking to have a bottle of champagne sent up to the bride & grooms room that night before mid-night, asked them to charge it to my room, stopped by the front desk 2 more times that night to confirm the champagne would be delivered, was told it was taken care of.
The next morning, Sunday, found out they had delivered the bottle of champagne, but had charged my nephew, the groom, for the bottle, Hilton kind of dropped the ball on that one.
Overall, positive experience, staff was very friendly.

Room Tip: if you want to eat breakfast, do the bed & breakfast option, the restaurant has a decent breakfa...

while I was working my husband enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and the Inner Harbor or Baltimore. the hotel is so convenient to all. It is connected to the convention center si you never have to go out doors.

This hotel is in the same mold of the newer Hilton hotels I have stayed at. Same layout with the front desk, hotel bar, elevators etc. The service was fine, the room was standard, clean and comfortable. The hotel bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are over priced, but you are paying for convenience. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers, families, sports fans, etc. It seems to fit any type of traveler.

Our location is very convenient to Orioles Park at Camden Yards, 1st Mariner Arena, the Light Rail - serving Thurgood Marshall/BWI Airport, M&T Bank Stadium (Home of the Baltimore Ravens), University of Maryland Medical Center as well as many other attractions, businesses and nightlife in Baltimore. We are also the only hotel connected by an enclosed, temperature controlled sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center.

We hope to serve you again in the future.

The front desk staff are very nice.
The rooms are conventional and getting a bit rough at the edges. I made the mistake of looking behind the credenza that dominates the front of the room--I had dropped something. Apparently so had dozens of other guests over who knows how long. Housekeeping is obviously not very careful.
The hotel is in an area with few restaurants--a shame because there are so many good choices in Baltimore.
I was there for a meeting. Three of us were in a meeting room waiting for a session to start. A young guy ducked into the room, grabbed a cell phone sitting on a chair and was out the hotel door in seconds. We called security, twice, and it took them ~15 min to arrive. We also had the experience of the power going off on a number of number of floors while we were at a reception. There was no help from the staff for a group of about 40 people in the dark in a suite on the 19th floor.
When I asked about a cab to the airport two separate staff members tried to push an unregulated, unregistered pirate cab.
I would not stay there again and this experience has made me shy of Hilton chain hotels.

Room Tip: I would avoid this hotel, given the poor housekeeping and the lack of attention to security.

Plus 1 service with a smile everyone was amazing thank you to the front office staff esp the assistant director for comming to my rescue when my flight was cancled this hotel has some of the best staff that any Hilton could ask for when staying in Baltimore everyone adressed you by last name A++++ in my book

Staff not helpful and not familiar with the area. The hotel is not located in a populated area. As it was a holiday weekend it was hard to find other places to eat. It is near the basll park and was good for those going to the game.
