Hotel was clean and comfortable and great location if visiting Camden Fields but not so good for downtown...breakfast is in a different [connected] building which is a bit confusing..bar is small but staff friendly and professional...clean and tidy hotel...

This hotel was nicely locatede for those that love baseball. You could almost feel like you slept on home plate! The view of the field while enjoying your work out is unforgetable. After the game or if the team is out of town it a close walk to enjoy the waterfront. This is where I enjoyed spending my free time.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience at the Hilton Baltimore on TripAdvisor.

We appreciate that you, along with many others, have recognized our clean hotel and convenient location.

Our location is convenient to many attractions such as the Inner Harbor, 1st Mariner Arena, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium as well as the Light Rail stop for easy access to Thurgood Marshall International Airport (BWI).

We wanted to share with you and others that the City of Baltimore features the Charm City Circulator, a complimentary eco-friendly shuttle that takes guests from the front of the Hilton Baltimore to many popular areas around the Inner Harbor (and back).

Thank you again for your review and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Hilton Baltimore.

Regards,

Hilton Baltimore

Was at a conference here in May 2013. The hotel is fine for business but the restaurant is located across the street from the hotel and there really is not a place to get continental breakfast other than the bar area in the morning. Not even a coffee bar - but there is a Starbucks across Pratt. The hotel was okay, otherwise.

Walk to Inner Harbor and other attractions.

Room Tip: Request a room facing Camden Yards - great view!

Had to wait 30 minutes for checking in, parking was separate rates and separate company(had to pay separately to park instead of including it all on one bill) room service was over priced for a incredibly small meal. Bought a pizza thinking it was going to be full size along with a slice of pie. The pizza was only about 7 inches across, the pie probably little more than an inch and they charged a 5$ room service fee on top of the 40$ for the pizza and slice of pie. The pop machines in the ice rooms on the floors weren't working. The list goes on and on from here but the only good thing about this stay was finally being able to lay down after a 8 hour trip, needless to say it took 8 and a half hours because checking in was a hassle.

I am a resident of this town and was booked at this hotel for business. This Hilton Hotel and its location is wonderful for a tourist. Our room had an awesome view of the baseball field of Oriole Park at Camden Yard and a glimps of M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Raven's Super Bowl XLVII champions. With plenty of places to walk, eat and have fun, the hotel is located right at the Baltimore Inner Harbor in the heart of Baltimore's tourist attractions..

The hotel itself is very lovely, clean and decorated with modern trends. The staff was helpful, even having a staff member walk me from one end of the building to the other to point out a location I was trying to find. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice sized flat screen television. With all of the restaurants nearby, we opted not to use the hotel's pricey restaurant.

There are many new hotels in Baltimore's Inner Harbor East, but the Hilton Hotel on West Pratt Street is one of the newest hotels on the west side of the Inner Harbor. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, comfortable, affordable hotel in downtown Baltimore. There is plenty of public transportation just outside the doors with direct access to Penn Station and BWI.

I stayed one night while attending a conference at the convention center. The hotel is attached to the convention center so one can get there without going outdoors - convenient for me because it was raining. My room was on the 17th floor NOT facing the ballpark. But it had a nice city view including the clock tower. I got complimentary access to the executive lounge on the 18th floor due to my Hilton gold status. Both the lounge and the 4th floor fitness center have stunning views of the ballpark. You could seriously watch a game from the hotel, especially if you had it on TV as well (with sound). My room was standard Hilton fairly recently renovated and clean. The room was very quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. They had the feathers removed from the bed as requested. HVAC worked well. The executive lounge was well-used: some of the chairs are worn and the good breakfast items go fast. I got there around 715am and there was no yogurt and the fruit had already been picked over. I stopped by later in the morning and they had more fruit again and a big bowl of yogurts. An array of soft drinks are available in a fridge, including many bottles of nestle pure life water. They charge for alcoholic drinks in the lounge. Coffee in the lounge was excellent. The fitness center in the building is large with a bank of many ellipticals and many treadmills. There are free weights and some stacked weights. This is a very good gym for a hotel. The Diamond Tavern restaurant is a standard hotel restaurant they have a typical hotel menu but with crab cakes! I highly recommend the crab cakes you can get them on a salad, in a sandwich, and for dinner as an entree. The restaurant is on opentable so if you want to eat there make a reservation online so you can get the points. They were offering 1000 points for dinner the night I was there. The front desk staff was not aware of them being on opentable but you can find them if you go to the restaurant site online. I used the self-parking it was $28 for the day and very convenient. You pay separately from the hotel bill. Valet was $40 so I recommend using self parking because the garage is attached to the hotel lobby. Internet worked well throughout the property. Overall this was an excellent Hilton I would stay here again if I needed a hotel in downtown Baltimore.

Room Tip: Depends if you want a view of the ballpark. All rooms facing the ballpark, on any floor, have an gr...
