Two senior citizens, one adult and two young children spent 3.5 fantastic hours at the very crowded National Aquarium on a very cold blustery December day. We purchased our timed entry tickets on line thus avoiding a cold wait for tickets at the outdoor ticket kiosk. Parking in Baltimore is expensive but the garage directly across the street from the aquarium partners with the aquarium to offer a ten dollar discount on aquarium validated parking tickets.

Our visit was fantastic! Despite the crowds we saw almost every sea creature on display plus enjoyed the area where children can touch sea life. The aquarium is well-organized for efficient traffic flow which makes moving from exhibit to exhibit seamless. We were especially enchanted with the circular ramp descent from the top floor to the exit that is surrounded by tanks of sea life on all sides. We highly recommend this visit for all ages.

Loads of kids but still enjoyed a repeat visit. First visit as a member and dont know what comes with membership except to avoid ticket line. Still had to pay for coat check, which I would think would be a membership bonus.

I was a past member of the aquarium and decided to rejoin when our children and grands came to visit. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, the child carrier was super helpful and the aquarium did not disappoint. It was a fun visit, and next time we'll return and see the dolphins (missed this trip due to tired children). Thanks

We were very impressed. It is a really beautiful place. Highlights: the dolphins and the blacktip reef exhibit. Throughout the day, they have critter talks for kids with educators. You need 3 to 4 hours.
