This was our first experience with blue crab. We had a delightful time being tutored on how to go about getting to the meat of the matter. The staff that was helping us learned we were from a land locked state where freshly caught crabs don't exist. They took it upon themselves to teach us how to break into the critters and enjoy the meat. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was fun to work for our food. We were introduced to crab soup and soft shell crab. All very tasty.
