We were vacationing in Astoria over Valentine's Day and dined at the Baked Alaska. The clam chowder was yummy. Dinner was delicious. And the baked Alaska desert the perfect finish.

We just discovered this restaurant and are so happy we did! We enjoyed some fries and wings (very spicy, so beware!!) while we waited for our take out pizza. The view from the main part if the restaurant is amazing and we are anxious to dine there soon! The pizza tasted great! One pizza was gluten free and it also was fantastic! The wait staff were personable. Very enjoyable experience!

We dropped in on a very cold night for a light meal. The staff was so accommodating, looking for a seat where we could both look out over the river to watch the lights come on out on the big ships. We had big bowls of the best clam chowder - smooth and creamy with subtle favors and it was hot! The field greens salad had pears, pecorino cheese and pecans with a very light dressing -perfect. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and informative. We liked this restaurant very much.

We have taken business guests and associates for lumch and dinner here, and have never been let down with service or food. The wait staff is the most professional on the North Coast. I'd like to hire these folks for my eatery. The food is outstanding with local, fresh menu selections, and the Chef is receptive to special requests. This place has it all, wonderful way to celebrate special occasions or when you want to impress guests with all Astoria has to offer in NW cuisine.

We visited Astoria for my wife's birthday weekend and had meals at the best Astoria had to offer and Baked Alaska was clearly the best. The food was amazing, the waterfront view was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant was so good that we ended up returning for lunch for our last meal on Sunday afternoon. A guaranteed winner.
