So blown away with everything about this hotel. Far exceeded our expectations. My family and I are on a West Coast Road Trip so we have stayed in a few hotel rooms as of late.
-Standard 2 Queen rooms were spacious with bigger bathrooms and comfy beds
-We opted for a city view (non Water) mainly because I was worried about noise from construction on the bridge.... not sure if you could hear it in the morning or not....but if you don't care about the extra few dollars, the view is amazing. The suites are AWESOME if you want lots of space or are accommodating for 5 or 6 people.
-Dave at the front desk was so super friendly and shared lots of information with us
-pool is not huge but worked perfectly for us. Hot tub and small exercise room as available
-Laundry was perfect
-coffee and tea available all day - my 9 year old loved that she could get an herbal tea whenever she liked :)
Again, so impressed with the quality, updated and super friendly accommodations. Would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again.
***stayed on points so not sure about comparable $ value to other hotels. Points value was absolutely a 5 tho!

Room Tip: River view is gorgeous! Suites are awesome!

I've stayed ay this hotel twice, plus the Best Western and Comfort Suites down the road. This place is nicer than the others and in a great central location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My room faced the parking lot, on second floor, but was quiet. 2 queen beds with lots of space.

I have opted for the Best Western when rates peaked in the summer, as rooms are comparable, and the location was still central. The b-fast area there is worse, but with the money saved you could eat out.

Overall, nicest of the three listed above.

Modern holiday inn express in a great location under the 4 mile long bridge across the Columbia river. River view is a must, we had king suite which was large with a great view. Ordered a pizza and sat and watched the river life, boats birds, tide and sunset. Nice staff, good breakfast slow wifi.definitely worth a visit.

Room Tip: River view a must

we could see the ships passing right from our room. the breakfast was delicious. The rooms we had (the east suite and a 2 queen room) were spacious and clean. The room was quiet, and I liked that we had a fireplace and a nice tvs.

Room Tip: be sure to reserve a room with a view.

Booked this through trip advisor based on the reviews but I was not so sure of the photos. Pleasantly surprised! We had a river view room and I was glad we did! The sunset over the river was great! Breakfast was continental with some hot food. Nice pool and hot tub. You can pick up the trolley right outside the back of the hotel to downtown or walk on the river walk. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel based on other Trip Advisor reviews, and we wanted a hotel on the waterfront.
The website was very accurate in depicting the view the accommodations. We were not disappointed. Room was spacious, view incredible. We were on the top floor by the bridge, yet we never heard traffic. Breakfast could have been more substantial, but not a big issue for us. The only downside was not being able to get more fresh air into the room. The window opens a mere 2 inches. The weather was so mild the room was stuffy. The staff was very nice, as we're the other hotel guests which included a wide variety of travelers from cross country cyclists beginning a trip to New Hampshire, to young families. Everyone appeared to be enjoying their stay.

Room Tip: The higher floor the better to fully enjoy the view.

Hotel staff helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on where to eat in the evening. There is a trolly that runs around the river front and stops at different locations. The rooms are clean and ours had a lovely view of the river and bridge The breakfast was included and was the usual in a nice setting. They also had bikes for the use of the visitors.

Room Tip: Get a river view
