“Unique And Delicious!”

Marie Antoinette's Cupcake Parlor
Restaurant details

What a cool space! Very whimsical and in one of my favorite buildings in Astoria. This space used to be a day spa a couple of years ago. Cupcakes are very good and there is a nice variety of teas offered. This is a wonderful place to spend some time on a rainy afternoon! :)

Delicious cupcakes in some interesting flavors (including a savory offering daily.) Tried lemon meringue, fig & honey, vanilla cream...all delicious. Lots of upscale coffee and tea choices. Prices are on the high side; a cake and coffee or tea will be about $10.
Lots of room to sit, free wi-fi and computer drops, an interesting small aviation library if the decor gets to be too much...A few themed gifts for sale (pillows, embroidered bags, etc) There is a small, fun art gallery upstairs that's open when the owner is present- mostly weekends. A great place for a quiet break from Astoria boutique shopping, or a meet up of friends. Due to lots of fragile decorations, possibly not very kid friendly unless yours are decorous and well-behaved.

$4.50 for a cupcake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me a break. They need to spray off the bird poop from the front steps.

If you love all things whimsy and colorful, be sure to visit Marie Antoinette's for a latte. The innovative decor is worth the visit. While I did not indulge in a cupcake, they look divine and unique. Lattes were delicious and well priced.

There are numerous sitting areas so you can conduct a short business meeting, chat with a large group of friends, of relax by yourself. Wander around and look at the fantasy paper crafted theater stages hanging on the walls. They also have an small aviation library and memorabilia room.
