This was the only place open after midnight in Astoria on a Sunday.
Through the door in the false wall at the end of the diner was a checkered floor, a pool table, some video lottery machines, a karaoke stage, and the matriarch of all bartenders. A goofy-looking place with an identity crisis that's fun to chuckle at initially, but it will suck you in to its weirdness until you're having a good time and not giving a care how you look.
Genuine, if not odd.
Best visited when drunk and hungry and looking for wobbly times.
