A business partner recommended this restaurant and I was certainly glad they did. It was difficult to find as it is located between overgrown trees and the letters on the awning are not clearly defined, but rather faded out. The service is also undefined as most people order from the counter and then sit down and some of the staff is willing to take your order and deliver the food. This was confusing, especially because it was so crowded with people standing around the tables waiting for their orders. The food and bread makes up for the initial challenges. Each table gets a place of assorted bread. We got sliced french bread and focaccia with tomato, onions and cheese on it. It was second to none. So much so I went 20 minutes out of my way before my 6 hour drive back to Atlanta to bring back different types of bread they were so incredibly good. At lunch I had the Bang Bang Shrimp, which are surprisingly large shrimp, battered and fried with a sweet and spicy chili sauce on them, atop a salad. It was excellent, I also had a bite of a friends sandwich which was also extraordinary. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I look forward to my next business trip to Jax so I can go again.....and bring back more bread of course!!!!!
