The poached eggs may not be perfect, no eggs benedict option, but I can order an English Muffin w/ cheese, poached eggs, and ham (not Canadian Bacon) as a substitute for my favorite breakfast. If you visit mid-day, you will likely find an elderly group of men drinking coffee, talking about their wives and flirting with the waitresses...good entertainment with a smile. The biscuits are good, waffles are good as well. I don't think we have ever eaten a typical lunch or dinner menu option here, but they do have daily specials. We usually visit when we want breakfast for dinner. The wait staff is always friendly and usually never have to wait for a table. Drinks are replinished quickly. Additionally, you can't beat the price!

Inside is a bit drab, crowded with tables, service is always friendly although sometimes slow. Great place to get a "home cooked meal". Portions are nice and they offer daily specials.if you are looking for some southern hospitality this is the place for you. dont expect much more though.

Many of our church members (Gardenview Baptist Church) eat there. It is good country food and an affordable price. Big Omelets.

Okay for breakfast but not my choice for other meals. My friend's 90 year old father loves this place. If you are used to overcooked, bland food with a slice of pie for dessert then you may love it here. The vegetables rotate based on the day of the week. I found all the vegetables to be over cooked. No crispness. Several deep fried options on the menu. Overall nothing healthy to eat here. It's just a basic restaurant like a Denny's/

Get the sausage gravy and biscuits! Generous portion, cheap price, from scratch-not a can. Like most of their food.
