The rates were Low , The amenties were clean and the staff were Friendly and Helpful. The Location was Located right near the interstate 95 . Very Close to many nice Restarants and shopping. I would reccomend this Hotel to familys and people just crusing through the area . I would for sure be Back..

Room Tip: Right off INterstate 95.. Near the Beach...

My boyfriend and I just moved down here from Alabama. We needed somewhere to stay cheap for the next two weeks until our apartment came thru. We saw this place online and that it was cheap so we would stay here.

the outside looks ran down and the front desk looks even worst but for $400 for two weeks didnt sound bad plus it was late

We checked in when we got to the room thr smell in their was like nothing i ever smelled. Me being pregnant i accually vomitted. The walls where dirty. It looked like someone just moved out and all they did was make the bed up. The bathroom had tissue from the previous stayers. Mirrors were dirty and the floor looked like it hasnt been touched. The icing on the cake for us tho was when we pulled the sheets back it appeared to be dried up blood on the covers! We had to go to walmart and get sheets covers and cleaning supply to at least bear the night

The next morning we went to the front desk for a refund. They tried to give us another room but i couldnt do it i just couldnt. So they gave my $400 back.

I cant believe these people are still in business!

Much the same from last year. The outside of the building is cleaner, but the facility remains underfunded. The pool is still closed. It remains overwhelmingly a long-term residency situation. The high grass and non-functioning sign indicates there is not much interest in attracting visitors. The staff remains very dedicated and tries hard to make people comfortable.

My experience here is more based on a long-term residency, as I was in Jacksonville for summer employment. Most of the people here appear to be long-term residents as opposed to overnight guests. The monthly rate was very reasonable, which was why I stayed here. The outside of the facility was not clean, and the swimming pool was closed. The room itself was quite comfortable. The most beneficial element of this location was the staff. They were most helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The bed, air conditioning, internet, bathroom, and television were excellent. The location to near-by restaurants and shopping is excellent, although you have to look for it a little off the 95 exit. If you are looking for a reasonable play to stay, price-wise, I recommend this location. If you want a pool or if you want a high-end Holiday Inn or Ramada type experience, this location is not for you.

The room we checked in was not vacuumed for month, the bathroom was not touched after the last guest, urine on the toilette and a sum ring around the bathtub. Absolutely disgusting. We were given a different room. Same story: dirty floors, uncleaned bathtub and toilette. We checked out and received our refund without any discussions or problems. This was the worst motel we ever encountered in 30 years of travel. We went across the street for not much more.

We stay here when we need a hotel but need to stay in town because we can get it for around $30 a night when we use one of those free hotel books from ihop or denny's. you really get what you pay for, but it is budget friendly. we never eat the breakfast, and last time we went the pool was nasty.

Filthy!!! We reserved 4 nites, had to stay 1st night because of lateness. Got out ASAP next morning. Room is dirty, looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a week. Took my shirts out of the bureau this AM to pack and found a roach in the drawer (hope I don't take it home with me! Went for free coffee this AM in lobby and saw some guy sitting in the breakfast area with his sandals off cutting his toenails. When finished he got up and restocked the milk from their refrigerator then he went behind the desk to resume his duties as the desk clerk!!! No handwashing occurred. Did I say it was filthy? Floor in the bathroom (light doesn't work) was sticky.
I never stayed in a Am Best Inn before and have no axe to grind but this place is just disgusting. I am not an overly picky traveller but I really feel ripped off. This must surely be a problem with this particular franchise or the corporation would have been out of business a long time ago. I'm typing this as we get out of this place. FILTHY!!! AVOID!!!!!
