Very good food and the service was good also. They helped me understand what to order. I will come back.

I went for lunch and ordered a beef hibachi-style meal for about $10.00 with drink. The meal was decent, but the beef portion was very small and looked like a single slice of deli meat. I guess they are going for the whole 'cuisine' style of dining. I wasn't satisfied with it as I could've eaten more food at better quality from a Chinese takeout
I love this place. It has the best tasting and freshiest sushi in town. The staff are all so friendly and the place is gorgeous!
This restaurant is an excellent stop, especially for the intimate setting and excellent service. The decor is beautiful, as well as the food. The food is also delicious and a great value for the price. Be sure to try the miso soup while you are there! Their tempura sushi rolls are also especially phenomenal.
We first went to Fuji Sushi because the girl at the front desk at the Hyatt suggested it. We went on a Saturday eve. We love sushi and can eat a good amount of it.. Their $15 all you can eat special is the best deal in town. You choose anything you want and as much as you want from a special menu which had many starters such as soups, salad, spring roll and habachi... then you choose how many rolls you would like (from a LARGE List) .. each roll is 6-8 pieces and you can also have noodles with vegies and also Temora ... Each item is made fresh when you order it... NO cold, old buffet stuff... and you have a choice of dessert.. Amazing deal.. Service was awesome and in fact we returned a week later and the waitress remembered our first names. Drink and beer specials were reasonably priced. Wendy from Statesboro, GA
