Friends met here for dinner and had the usual great staff service and meal choices. The restaurant is always busy and it's best not to go there during their busy hours when it can be quite noisy. One thing noticed was that they were having "happy hour" at the restaurant, but the waitress was unable to bring an alcoholic beverage to our table. She said she was not "allowed" to bring a drink from the bar and that we were welcome to walk up to the bar ourselves, order the drink and bring it back to the table. Upon our decline to do that, I ordered one draft beer and it was $5. As always, the meal and service is always special, but the surprise at the beverage was disappointing.

This place offers a huge variety of choices on their menu. I have been at lunch and dinner and never leave hungry. There are lots of appetizers to choose from, if you just want a snack...and, of course, they have amazing cheesecake.

The food was terrible. The waiter told me the nachos were awesome, so I made the mistake of ordering them... the chips were poured from a bag and cheddar cheese microwaved on top.
Served cold with a scoop of sour cream and salsa. Yuck worst than what you buy at a gas station.

It was a super long wait but when you're with a party of nine, what do you expect? When we were finally seated our waiter was great in getting our orders and the food to us in a timely manner. The young man's name was Jacob and his professional, attentive service went a long way to soothing our ruffled feathers. The food was very good and the portions were large. Before 5 p.m., the menu was ordered from their lunch specials. A real bargain.

Where is hospitality? Stay or leave they did not care. We saw tables stay vacant for over half an hour! I guess it serves me right for going to a Big Chain on a Saturday night. Ughhhhhhh! I dislike The St. John's town Center Cheesecake Factory! The wait was understandable but the staff and a managers attitude were bad and rude.
