Finally! A Japanese restaurant that has found the perfect balance of fresh ingredients, creative plating and excellent service.
First, I had the Kamikaze and Rainbow roll along with an order of Hamachi sashimi. Both rolls were excellent with the perfect portioning of fish, eel etc. Each ingredient was identifiable but none were overused. The Hamachi sashimi was delicious and the perfect temperature. My father in-law also tried the sashimi for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.
Others in the party had the Chicken Teriyaki "loved it" and the Port Katsu "best they've ever had".
In addition to the above dishes, we also had the Hamachi Kama (not on menu) and Toro sushimi. Both were fantastic.
