This is the place to enjoy a friend you have not seen in awhile... Huge menu, great waterfront view and more anima than is in a zoo... Most of the food is excellent, I am not a seafood person, but most of my friends are so the appreciate the variety the menu from shrimp to turtle it is on there... I like the baby back ribs and normally the prime rib, but this time it was very tough... Wide selection of sides and unique dishes... Have yet to take anyone there that did not enjoy the experience..... Highly recommend...

This is a very unique place. I love the food there! I've tried gator tail fried, turtle and snake there. And of course, the platter with all sorts of seafood. I took my brother and sis in law from Brazil there. They just loved it and were really excited to try so many different things in a very different scenery.

This place was closed down not too long ago by the state due to roaches--it is on the state inspection reports for those who care enough to look, and accessible on the web. Raving about how wonderful a place is, in my opinion, without noticing how dirty this place still is , just amazes me. Giving it another chance after ir was reopened, finding that the prime rib is tough as ever and tables still sticky. Bathrooms were filthy--not a good sign that the kitchen is any better than before.

Some places are too busy to clean up after themselves. This appears to be one of those, so we will stay away so they can get caught up enough to at least clean up the bathrooms.

Clark's has to be the Number One destination restaurant to take your out-of-town guests. What a spectacular place to entertain young and old. Excellent food, extraordinary menu, reasonable prices, one the water, live alligators outside AND INSIDE. Even the bathrooms deserve a tour. Better collection of animals than the National Natural History Museum. And the menu is just as diverse. Clark's serves wonderful seafood in the traditional Florida fish camp style. But if your taste buds want to try something really different, you can try everything from alligator tail to ostrich to rattlesnake to... well just read the bottom half of the menu. LOL!

when you walk in you'll immediately see all the mounted animals on display - nothing like you would expect in a restaurant, especially a seafood one! Old building creeks, but the atmosphere is great, as is the food. Go for the HUGE Prime Rib or even the Gator Tail. You can step out on the outer deck and toss food to the turtles and often times see a gator.
