Had a terrible visit to the Blue Fish. This was our second time dining here. Lunch the time before was far superior.
Sat outside next to a VERY obnoxious table who seemed more fit to be at a Nascar event than an upscale restaurant. Appetizers were mediocre. "Sock it to Me" shrimp were bland and tasted nothing like the first time we tried them...more like "Sock it to my wallet--half the portion of lunch and twice the price."
Asked management to quiet table down, were told "They are paying customers". As if all other 30 diners outside were not? All other tables were visibly angered as you could not hear yourself think much speak above the obnoxious clamor and tacky laughter. Will not go again.
Crossed the street to Biscotti's, where food is the way it should be. The Blue Fish may be busy now ,but if they do not make major changes they will not survive. Management did not even seem to care that we left before fully dining.
Also, on 3 separate occasions we have called the restaurant during open hours and they didn't even answer the phone. If only I could give it negative stars, I would.
