Description: Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds two or more and BUCA LARGE feeds four or more. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our decor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. Our energetic atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff make Buca di Beppo the perfect place for great Italian food and fun.

We enjoyed the atmosphere better then the food, but it was still good. The prices seem high for this type of environment, and I don't know if we go back anytime soon. It's one of our daughters favorites, so we'll see.

We went as a family and got a large and small portion of two different meals. That was enough to feed four adult males and two adult females. Our four children had a kids meal. The bill was around $130 with tip. The atmosphere is fun.

Visited restaurant at about 8pm when it wasn't crowded. Food was delivered quickly but warm, not hot. We started eating since it was late and we were hungry but told our server when she asked how it was. She offered to take it back and reheat it but we were about halfway done. She then checked with the manager and came back and offered us a free dessert. She then took the remaining food back to heat it up, which probably means microwaved. When we ordered dessert, we order 1 decaf and 2 cheesecakes. The server brought 2 decafs and 1 cheesecake. The decaf tasted terrible with grinds in it. She brought another cheesecake, Our bill had 2 decafs which I told her to remove from the bill.

This was not a good experience. We had been there several years ago and were unhappy with the service but figured we would give them another chance. Big mistake.

It would have been nice for the manager to come out to the table and offer apologies but that didn't happen.

I made some comments on the restaurant website but no one contacted me.

We used to go here about once a month or so, but got busy with other stuff and took some time off. But we went for the past 2 weekends, and boy have things gone downhill.

First off, their prices have always been high, but they raised their prices, and made the portions smaller! The latter is never good.

We like to get the antipasti salad, but for 2 weeks in a row now, the lettuce was very soggy. Not sure if it's because they smother the salad in Italian dressing, or they make the salads beforehand and let them sit around in the cooler, but in any case, it's not good.

We often got the italian sausage with peppers and onions, and it used to come bathed in sauce, and with plenty of peppers & onions....but now there's no sauce, and the peppers & onions portions are tiny.

Today we got a "Supremo" pizza. It was OK, but the crust was cracker thin, there wasn't a lot of sauce, and the size was about as big as a "medium" from the nation pizza chain places...and it cost $20! It would feed 2 hungry adults, maybe 3 smaller adults.

We are members of their Buca club, so we often get decent coupons...today it was spend $40 and get $20 off....without these coupons, we would not go there. If we had not had the coupon today, it would have been $43 (this does not include the tip) for a pizza, a small antipasti salad, and one iced tea (I had free water). So $50 for a pizza & a salad for two people!

Everything comes in such huge portions, it's best to come with at least 4 people. Only order food you know you'll LOVE!!! Otherwise, you're wasting your money. The tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted and it's a huge serving they give you. Worth it!!!! The Italian environment is palpable. The decorations, seating, music! They even have a table in the kitchen you can eat at. They walk you through the kitchen as well. Very enjoyable.
