We were just staying overnight in Jacksonville, it was late, and we were hungry. Someone in the elevator of our hotel was carrying in Chinese takeout and we commented on the aroma. He said the restaurant was just around the corner, but there was also a Mexican restaurant right there. We found it, and got there -- in a strip mall with three or four other restaurants -- about an hour before closing. We really had pretty low expectations, but we were totally surprised. Even the salsa served with the chips was outstanding. Hotter and much tastier than most. The food was excellent, tasty, fairly priced. I'm not a Mexican food expert, so I can't say much about authenticity, but it had much more distinctive flavors than most Mexican food I've had. Service was great. We would definitely go back again.
