We were a little apprehensive about making reservations for just the two of us at a table for six. Our table maters were fun and helped to make the overall experience a good one. Food was excellent!

One of the last dinner theaters in US. Recently totally renovated with off broadway shows. Chef is Medure and food served at the tables. The seating is a little "tight" for 6.
Shows are reruns and use local actors and can be quite good. Theater is Spanish flavored.

Our extended family was vacationing nearby and had been told about the dinner theater. It isn't something that we would normally do on a family vacation, but a couple of the older grandkids were excited about seeing live theater. 5 of us went on a Thursday night to see the production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat". It is the perfect show for a family. It is fast and fun. The music is good and the cast was very talented.

The food was on a much higher scale than what I have had at other dinner theaters. There are multiple starter, entrée and desert choices which makes for a better dining experience. The food is served at the table and not a buffet. Since there were 5 of us, we were able to order all of the choices and they all appeared to be very good. The service could have been a little better. We supposedly had one server, but multiple people came to the table and there was a lack of communication. It didn't detract from the evening, but could have.

It is pretty expensive which could make this prohibitive for some, but you are getting a sit down dinner and a live performance. I would definitely recommend this to Jacksonville visitors or as a special treat for locals.

The food is to die for....and the plays are great - they vary - and some have TV personalities - real life "stars", if you will. This facility has improved immensely over the last couple of years and it would be a shame to miss it while in the area. The garden out front is just beautiful. The decor inside is quaint and comfortable. They have a new bar, that some would enjoy. The variety, quality and quantity of food portions is above most other excellent restaurants. You would NOT want to miss a visit to the Alhambra.

Excellent service, great food, very entertaining production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat! We took my mom, who is 70, for her birthday. And we also had our son, who is 7, along. All of us enjoyed it very much. This was our first visit, but we can't wait for the next show to begin so we can go back. Consider going on someone's BD -- 1/2 price ticket. The Alhambra is a definite must-do!
