I called in advance to reserve a pack-n-play for our 1 year old, but they didn't reserve it (even though they told me on the pone that they'd "put in in the notes"). Even though the guy seemed apologetic, that didn't help our sleeping situation. As a result, my wife was behind on her grad school work (and the fact that the Baymont the we stayed in the previous night had their internet down). I explained that to the front desk when asking for an extended check-out. They said that they could only give us an hour (even though the place was far from full). I took what they offered. However, the front desk may not have communicated that to custodial staff. While my wife was locked in the room cramming, they knocked on the door twice and had the front desk call the room (while within the extra hour). Overall, it was not exactly an atmosphere conducive to paper writing.
Then, 58 minutes into the hour, housekeeping had the manager come up to our room as we were leaving to remove us.
I get it, you're running a business, but come on!
Other than that, we got a good value for a decent room with a decent breakfast. The pool was nice as was the fitness center.

The staff at this location was extremely efficient and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Great place to stay in a nice location.
