“Dinner Restored, Service Ignored!”
Reviewed May 3, 2013

We were in town for a conference so had a chance to visit a few of our favorite restaurants in the area. The evening before we visited another Towne Center restaurant as rookies and had a blah experience. We decided to stick with our favorite Maggianos the second night in town. And much to our delight had our hunger satisfied! Unfortunately the service at this site was not up to par with any other Maggianos experience we have ever had. Our server was overly friendly (like sketchy, shaky type friendly) and the kitchen made a mistake on our order according to said sketchy server. After the mistake was corrected and we received our meals way longer than was acceptable, our server announced that he would be bringing us a free dessert sampler. Well, that was all fine and good but the manager already recognized that our service stunk so why not give us the option of what we had for dessert (FYI: dessert at Maggianos is not to be taken lightly...their desserts are perfection). We eventually got to choose our own dessert but the management of this situation lacked what we know to be Maggianos value. We will return and won't hold that against our fave chain but this location would benefit from taking reviews seriously And make the necessary changes to ensure the great experience we have all come to love!

“A Great Experience”
Reviewed April 29, 2013

Our first trip to Maggiano's and it was a very pleasant one. A short wait and notified by text when our table was ready. Had a fantastic waitress. A cook brought us out a zuchinni appetizer sampler to try, and it was very good. We ordered two specials off of the Make-A-Wish Foundation menu, and both were excellent. The portions were large, so we both brought home doggie bags. The restaurant has a lot or large groups in the main dining room, and it was, as another reviewer stated, bustling. But what I would expect in a large italian restaurant. We had no trouble with conversation, but it is not an intimate dining experience. We will be returning again soon.

“Better than Average, but not Very Good”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

...so I erred on the side of caution. The first word that comes to mind is "bustling", usually a positive, but my party of 5 was assigned to the table at the first major intersection outside the kitchen, and were were pretty-well bustled most of the evening. Our server was a bright spot, though, cheery, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Unfortunately, her knowledge didn't match with my taste. A restaurant favorite came with a runny, bland Alfredo sauce, and was overall disappointing. But there was a lot of it. A Tuscan soup was excellent, however. Prices were reasonable, so they would be worth a second try if the water didn't taste like Clorox.
