I'm a vegetarian, Matt's a meat and potatoes guy. This brewery was great for us both.
I had an unusual tofu dish--layers of pan-seared, port-marinated tofu with sun dried tomatoes, spinach and some kind of starchy thing I can't remember the name of. Amazing to have more than one option for a vegetarian at a pub type of place--let alone an option so unique.
Matt had chicken pot pie--steaming hot and stuffed with soft meat and chunky veggies.
The beer sampler was fun, with the stout being the standout of the six selections.
