“Nice Place but the library is closed call before you go”
Reviewed April 15, 2013

Nice place, but call for tour times- the park service that operates the facility does not seem overly organized and give us information that was incorrect, however the tour guide was excellent and very passionate about tour

“Probably our most important president”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

The ranger do a bang up job. If you want to do serious research on small things like world war 2 and the great depression they have the best primary resources in the country. If you are a casual visitor the muesam, house and grounds will give you a terrific feel for FDR who spent his entire life here when not in public service gigs or summer at Capobella. BTW he was hated by all the rich republican neighboors on nearby estates.

“Heaven on the Hudson”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

A must see for any history buff or just take a stroll along the Hudson. This is a beautiful area and attraction. Plan a picnic and go over to the Vanderbilt Mansion after seeing FDR's place.
