“HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! If you read good reviews, it is made up FROM the OWNERS!!!!”

This looked like the nicest restaurant in GRANTS!
It is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!
The Rice was in a bunch of nasty tasting Campbells-tasting sauce, the Beans were still in the form Ice-cream scoop that they used to scoop it onto the plate with (it was VERY dry), and the Combination plate was supposed to be a TACO, ENCHILADA, and BURRITO!
It was a PILE of melted cheese, NO FRESH ingredients, and it was SKIMPY!
TOTAL GARBAGE, YOU COULDN'T tell the difference between anything. FROZEN FOOD thrown on a plate and microwaved until it was not RECOGNIZABLE!
I really believe that the HIGH reviews were made by the owner.
When I returned the food (which we never have returned ANY food), the owner told that "I got what I asked for" and told me I was "never going to see that money again"!

DO NOT EAT HERE!

“Dissapointed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2012

Food was very bland. No seasoning in the meat. We had stuffed sopapillas and found them very doughy and without flavor. The green chile is excellent with a bit of heat but the chimichanga that was brought out had not even seen a fryer.

Overall, disappointing.

“Worth exiting I-40 for”

Based on the quality of this family operated, traditional New Mexican cuisine, this restaurant would survive in Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Chicken enchiladas were tender, fresh with excellent chile.

“Great Food”

Great food, inexpensive and very friendly staff. Really nice place to eat. When ordering between the red sauce and the green sauce, please remember you are in New Mexico. Their "hot" is really hot!
